- Open, sandy texture. The everyday Illawarra house finish.
- Finecote
- A finer grain than Sandcote for a tighter, flatter face.
- Quicksand Coarse
- Heavier grain, more shadow, hides an uneven substrate well.
- Santini
- A worked decorative finish with visible movement in it.
- Granosite
- Hard wearing coating system, common on commercial facades.
- Coloured render
- Colour carried through the render rather than painted on top.
- Bagging
- Thin rubbed coat that keeps the brick shape showing through.
- Sand finish
- The classic rolled sand face, matched to the existing house.

- Flat and unbroken. Unforgiving, so the prep has to be right.

The product is only half of it. A good system installed badly fails just as fast as a cheap one, which is why we stick to the manufacturers' methods on every job.
The questions we get asked most
How much does it cost to render my house?
This is the question we get asked most. Depending on the finish and the products used, rendering runs between $35 and $85 per square metre. The spread is real: a straight bagging job and a full texture system in a premium coating are different amounts of material and different amounts of labour. We quote per job after seeing it, and the quote is free.
Do you charge to come and quote?
No. Quotes are free and there is no charge for coming out to look at the job. Our prices are competitive and there are no hidden charges in them.
Is my job too small? Or too big?
Neither. We have worked on everything from letterboxes, BBQs and garden walls through to full house rendering and large building projects. If it is cement based, it is worth a phone call.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes. We guarantee all of our work. We are an owner operator business, so it matters a great deal to us that anything we carry out is done right. When the job is finished we walk it with you and show you the work, and we are not satisfied until you are.
Will you leave a mess behind?
We know how precious your home is to you. We maintain a clean work site, clean up after ourselves at the end of every job, and leave the work area as we found it when we started. After we leave you will not find damage to window frames, flooring, pavers, concrete or tiles.
