Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Bahri Ozmen, trading as Ozmen Cement Rendering, ABN 77 064 724 290. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that business, and “you” means anyone using this website.
These terms cover the use of the website only. The terms of any actual rendering work are whatever is set out in the written quote you accept, and that quote takes precedence over anything on this page.
Using the site
You are welcome to read this site, look at the photographs and send an enquiry. Please do not:
- Try to gain access to any part of the site or its systems that is not public.
- Use automated tools to scrape content or submit the forms.
- Send anything through the forms that is unlawful, threatening or abusive.
Quotes and prices
Any figures published on this site, including the per square metre range on the FAQ page, are indicative only. They exist to give you a sense of what rendering costs, not to price your job.
A price becomes a price when we have seen the job and given you a written quote. Until then, nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance and nothing here forms a contract.
The photographs
The photographs on this site are of work we have carried out. They show what a finish can look like on the buildings pictured. Render is a hand-applied product over an existing substrate, so the result on your building depends on your building, and it will not be pixel-identical to a photograph of somebody else’s wall.
Our content
The text, photographs and design of this site belong to us unless marked otherwise. Supplier and product logos belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the products we use. You may read and print pages for your own personal use. Please do not republish our job photography as your own work.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete or free of errors, and we may change any of it at any time without notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here is intended to.
Beyond those rights, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Decisions about your building should be made on a written quote and a conversation, not on a web page.
