What it costs and how we work

This is the question we get asked most. Depending on the finish and the products used, rendering runs between $35 and $85 per square metre. The spread is real: a straight bagging job and a full texture system in a premium coating are different amounts of material and different amounts of labour. We quote per job after seeing it, and the quote is free.

No. Quotes are free and there is no charge for coming out to look at the job. Our prices are competitive and there are no hidden charges in them.

Neither. We have worked on everything from letterboxes, BBQs and garden walls through to full house rendering and large building projects. If it is cement based, it is worth a phone call.

Ozmen Rendering has been owner and operator run since 1997, with more than 20 years in the rendering industry. The person who quotes your job is the person who does it.

Yes. We guarantee all of our work. We are an owner operator business, so it matters a great deal to us that anything we carry out is done right. When the job is finished we walk it with you and show you the work, and we are not satisfied until you are.

No. Once we start your job we are focused on your job and your job only until it is complete. We are not running your render around three other sites.

We know how precious your home is to you. We maintain a clean work site, clean up after ourselves at the end of every job, and leave the work area as we found it when we started. After we leave you will not find damage to window frames, flooring, pavers, concrete or tiles.

Most cracking traces back to movement that had nowhere to go. We cut all the correct expansion joints so the render can move without splitting, and we make sure corners and edges finish straight and square. It is also why the choice of renderer matters more than the choice of product: the right system installed by best practice is what lasts.

Sandcote, Finecote, Quicksand Coarse, Santini, Granosite, coloured render, bagging, sand finish, smooth, textured and custom finishes. Depending on the look you are after, we can get the result you want. If you have a photo of a finish you like, bring it to the quote.

Yes. Concrete repair and concrete cancer treatment are part of what we do, along with patch up repairs to existing render. Left alone it spreads, so it is worth looking at early.

Yes. We have experience across residential, commercial and industrial work as well as large building projects, including apartment buildings and unit blocks.
